What is Vacuum-Frying and why is it better than conventional frying?

Vacuum-Frying Process:

At Snack Garden, we use vacuum-frying as an alternative to conventional frying. It offers significant benefits such as the improvement of fried product safety and quality and reduced oil oxidation because of the low-temperature processing.

The low frying temperatures and minimal exposure to oxygen are responsible for most of the benefits of vacuum-fried products, which include nutrient preservation, oil quality protection, and reduction in toxic compound generation.

As a result of vacuum-frying our Vacuum-Fried Veggie Chips are crispy, flavourful, have less oil and contain more nutrients compared to traditional fried chips.
